Builder is allowing construction trash to build up behind property line in Lake Olympia common area that is designated as landscape reserve and detention area. Crew did put a plastic fence today to help contain trash, but there is still trash behind their property line on community property that is environmentally sensitive. Can be seen from street in cup-de-sac area and on Flamingo Island Drive near mailboxes.
