While driving by I, Code Enforcement Officer S. Patterson, observed high vegetation and a large tree branch broken across the driveway. A notice was posted giving time to correct. A letter is being sent to the owner listed on FBCAD as a notice of the violations.

During a follow up inspection conducted on 3/14/2024 the tree branch has been cut up. The owner contacted me and stated that she will have someone come and bundle the debris and get the lawn cut.

During a follow up inspection conducted on 3/25/2024 I observed the violations have been corrected and this scf will be closed.
